Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience using AI agents, such as Claude and ChatGPT.
- Knowledge of commonly used accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Deep analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task on multiple projects with varying deadlines.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central software and Concur is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform the month-end and year-end accounting close process, including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Prepare financial schedules and ensure accuracy in accordance with US GAAP.
- Assist with preparing financial statements for dissemination to senior management and third parties.
- Identify, design, and implement AI-driven improvements to automate key accounting functions.
- Support the procurement process, vendor management, and employee expense reports.
- Perform research, special projects, and analysis as needed.
