  • Submit all session documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, within 48 hours.
  • Build and maintain a caseload of 50 sessions per month by the end of week 20.
  • Collaborate with medication prescribers to provide integrated behavioral health care.
  • Participate in ongoing learning through the Cerebral Institute, including monthly Amplified Learning Series sessions.
  • Attend monthly company-wide Town Halls to stay connected with the professional community.
