Requirements

  • Sales or business development background supporting high-volume or institutional traders (e.g., CEX VIP/institutional coverage, brokerages, FX/CFD sales, or prop trading networks).
  • Existing network of trader relationships that can be activated immediately.
  • Deep understanding of leveraged trading, including funding rates, spreads, execution, and market structure.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build processes from scratch.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with a US-hours, American culture team.
  • Comfortable operating across both crypto-native and traditional finance environments.
  • Experience with CRM software.

Responsibilities

  • Source, pitch, and close high-volume traders, including prop traders, HNWIs, funds, and VIPs at CEXs and perpetual DEXs.
  • Build, bring, and actively manage an existing network of large, active leveraged traders.
  • Develop the VIP sales playbook, including SOPs for outreach, qualification, onboarding, tiering, and retention.
  • Nurture traders into VIPs through white-glove onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Support affiliate acquisition and management by converting trader relationships into affiliate partnerships.
  • Share trader feedback and requirements regarding trading pairs, spreads, fees, and execution with Product and Liquidity teams.
  • Own pipeline and KPIs, including new VIP trading volume, active VIP count, and retention.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records in the CRM.
