- Source, pitch, and close high-volume traders, including prop traders, HNWIs, funds, and VIPs at CEXs and perpetual DEXs.
- Build, bring, and actively manage an existing network of large, active leveraged traders.
- Develop the VIP sales playbook, including SOPs for outreach, qualification, onboarding, tiering, and retention.
- Nurture traders into VIPs through white-glove onboarding and ongoing support.
- Support affiliate acquisition and management by converting trader relationships into affiliate partnerships.
- Share trader feedback and requirements regarding trading pairs, spreads, fees, and execution with Product and Liquidity teams.
- Own pipeline and KPIs, including new VIP trading volume, active VIP count, and retention.
- Maintain accurate and organized records in the CRM.
