Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in a creative production role spanning multiple disciplines.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently across at least three of: graphic design, video production, motion/animation, web design, or copywriting.
- A portfolio showing breadth and quality with a track record of minimal revision cycles.
- Working experience with AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or RunwayML.
- Experience working within a defined brand system.
- Bachelor's degree in design, fine arts, multimedia, or communications preferred.
- Background in a brand, in-house creative team, or agency environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Produce complete, multi-format assets spanning graphic design, video, animation, web design, and copy.
- Work autonomously from brief to final delivery with limited supervision.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate and scale asset generation and format adaptation.
- Direct the Multimedia Producer on simpler or repeatable project tasks.
- Surface gaps and creative risks in briefs before execution begins.
- Manage a substantial concurrent project portfolio and communicate proactively regarding timelines.
