Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or similar revenue-generating roles.
- Proven track record of success in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
- Highly self-driven and adaptive, capable of shifting priorities without heavy oversight.
- Ability to prioritize customer value over feature lists when presenting solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated career-focused mindset with a desire for professional advancement.
- Growth-mindset focused on continuous improvement and embracing challenges.
- Creativity and innovation in solving complex customer problems.
- SaaS or technology industry experience preferred.
- Experience working with high-volume SMB accounts preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth within the existing SMB customer base.
- Educate customers on the benefits of upgrading subscription tiers or adding new users.
- Proactively conduct meetings with customers to understand current processes and business challenges.
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to identify and capture growth opportunities.
- Manage a pipeline of opportunities and maintain accurate forecasts for consistent growth.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to inform product and marketing strategies.
- Provide ongoing account support and ensure customers are effectively utilizing the platform.
