Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in demand response program management or a related field.
- Understanding of Demand Response, VPP, energy efficiency, and battery program management.
- Experience with load control technologies including batteries, solar, and electric vehicles.
- Experience working with AI in the energy sector.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in program management methodologies and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Analyze energy performance, site response, and dispatch results to identify trends and process improvements.
- Communicate key findings, risks, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and partners.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with utility and energy market partners.
- Oversee program success and lead project management for optimization programs.
- Contribute to load flexibility strategy and expansion planning.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure effective program delivery.
- Coordinate the resolution of client-reported issues.
- Manage the implementation and operation of VPP, energy efficiency, and battery programs.
- Maintain regulatory and industry standard compliance.
- Support RFP responses and lead efforts to deliver new technical capabilities.
