  • 10+ years of progressive B2B SaaS sales leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully building and scaling high-performing SaaS sales organizations.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue objectives.
  • Deep expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, sales operations, and sales leadership.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting, coaching, and developing top-performing sales professionals.
  • Exceptional communicator with executive presence and ability to influence across the organization.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Proficiency with modern AI tools to increase productivity.
  • Experience with Gong and Zoho CRM is preferred.
  • Experience in hospitality technology, hotel SaaS, PMS, or payments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and scale the Visual Matrix Sales organization.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and develop high-performing Account Executives.
  • Own new ARR performance and consistently deliver against company revenue objectives.
  • Establish a predictable operating cadence through pipeline reviews, forecasting, deal inspections, coaching, and accountability.
  • Develop repeatable sales processes that improve pipeline conversion, forecasting accuracy, and sales productivity.
  • Build a disciplined outbound prospecting culture while maximizing inbound opportunities.
  • Partner with Marketing to improve demand generation, lead quality, and conversion.
  • Partner with Customer Success to create seamless customer transitions and identify long-term growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product and Executive Leadership to communicate customer feedback, competitive insights, and market trends.
  • Leverage AI, Gong, Zoho CRM, and sales analytics to improve coaching effectiveness, forecasting accuracy, and overall sales performance.
