Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 8+ years of analytical experience in sales analytics, revenue operations, or B2B/B2C sales-adjacent environments.
- Strong proficiency in SQL.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python or R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying predictive models like conversion probability or lead scoring.
- Proven track record of integrating AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, Zapier) into daily analytical workflows.
- Experience supporting outbound sales or call center organizations.
- Strong communication skills for presenting data to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Experience mentoring junior analysts and documenting analytical processes.
Responsibilities
- Improve prospect lead scoring models including conversion probability estimation and revenue modeling.
- Analyze and optimize dial strategies to maximize return on representative time and phone capacity.
- Design territory alignment and lead allocation strategies to ensure optimal prospect routing.
- Build and maintain comprehensive sales performance reporting across the organization hierarchy.
- Conduct prospect database quality analysis to inform headcount planning and pipeline health.
- Partner with data engineering to maintain automated pipelines for prospect scoring and CRM data replication.
- Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to sales executives and operations leaders.
- Evaluate model performance and iterate on methodology by incorporating new data signals.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate analytical workflows, hypothesis generation, and code authoring.
- Automate repetitive analytical tasks and reporting processes using AI-assisted scripting.
