Job Details

5+ years of demonstrated expertise in SQL and databases.
Proven expertise in fetching and transforming data using SQL and analytics APIs.
5+ years of demonstrated expertise in Google Firebase data and app analytics.
5+ years of demonstrated expertise with GA4 or similar large digital behavioral datasets.
5+ years of demonstrated experience in Optimizely or a comparable experimentation tool.
Expert proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including complex formulas and automated reporting.
Strong data visualization skills and the ability to explain complex quantitative information to non-technical audiences.
Experience owning data-driven research from project inception to completion.
Strong stakeholder communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to independently learn and integrate new data sources.
Eagerness to train team members and contribute to a data-driven strategy.

Assess audience behavior and advocate for audience needs on the NPR App.
Manage and own the experimentation process on owned and operated platforms.
Formulate and analyze experiments, partnering with internal teams to implement results.
Provide foundational trend reporting and actionable insights for organizational stakeholders.
Write, implement, and maintain complex SQL queries for performance analytics across app, video, and website datasets.
Train internal teams on the use of data tools and resources for decision-making.
Prioritize analytical work based on departmental and organizational strategy.
Develop research tools and reporting to address evolving business needs.
