Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth data science, or mobile analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong experience in a mobile-first environment with knowledge of mobile attribution, Apple ATT, and MMPs.
  • Hands-on experience analyzing paid marketing channels like Meta, TikTok, or Reddit.
  • Proven ability to evaluate LTV, CAC, ROAS, payback periods, and profitability models.
  • Experience designing and interpreting marketing experiments, incrementality studies, and causal analysis.
  • Strong statistical foundation with experience in experimentation and cohort analysis.
  • Proficiency in Python or R and SQL.
  • Experience using BI tools such as Tableau or Sigma.
  • Familiarity with Mobile Measurement Partners such as Adjust or AppsFlyer.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting technical insights to executives.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain marketing analytics frameworks that connect platform data, attribution data, mobile measurement partner (MMP) data, and internal business metrics.
  • Develop and manage performance dashboards to provide visibility into acquisition efficiency, user quality, profitability, and return on investment.
  • Analyze campaign, ad set, creative, and audience performance metrics to identify trends and optimization recommendations.
  • Conduct cohort analysis to understand retention, monetization, lifetime value, payback periods, and acquisition quality.
  • Partner with marketing and finance teams to evaluate spend efficiency, profitability, channel incrementality, and budget allocation.
  • Design and analyze experiments, including geo-lift tests and audience holdouts, to determine true marketing impact.
  • Support audience strategy and retargeting initiatives by improving segmentation and activation strategies.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear recommendations for leadership.
