Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of progressive marketing analytics experience in healthcare, medical devices, digital health, pharmaceuticals, or CPG.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce reporting and analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau dashboard development.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels including paid search, paid social, email, SEO, and web metrics.
- Experience with attribution models, funnel analysis, and segmentation.
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems and develop data-driven hypotheses.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting to leadership.
- Experience in high-growth or startup environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Tableau dashboards to capture marketing KPIs across awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention.
- Partner cross-functionally to validate Salesforce and other data sources for reliable reporting.
- Develop standardized monthly, quarterly, and campaign-specific reporting frameworks.
- Synthesize complex data into compelling PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership.
- Measure and optimize digital channel performance (paid media, email, SEO, web) to improve ROI.
- Support A/B testing and experimentation by defining success metrics and analyzing results.
- Analyze HCP and PWD journeys to identify engagement and conversion opportunities.
- Develop attribution and cohort models to understand CAC and media spend efficiency.
- Identify and track competitive intelligence and market trends to support strategic planning.
