Requirements
- 6–10+ years in performance marketing, demand generation, or growth roles within B2B SaaS or vertical SaaS.
- Proven ownership of pipeline, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and revenue-driving outcomes.
- Experience managing and optimizing multi-million dollar marketing budgets.
- Strong systems thinking with ability to design and improve end-to-end acquisition funnels.
- Deep understanding of experimentation frameworks, incrementality testing, and attribution models.
- Experience working with modern martech stacks like Salesforce and Marketo.
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools, automation platforms, and prompt-based workflows.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights and investment strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Leadership.
Responsibilities
- Design and continuously improve Boulevard’s end-to-end growth system from acquisition through revenue.
- Define budget allocation strategies and performance constraints for AI-driven campaign execution.
- Lead structured experimentation across creative, targeting, offers, and landing pages.
- Evaluate performance based on pipeline quality, CAC, and revenue impact.
- Partner with RevOps and Marketing Operations to ensure data integrity and accurate attribution.
- Collaborate with Sales to optimize lead quality and marketing strategy.
- Guide creative strategy and channel–message fit while leveraging AI-generated creative.
- Monitor AI-driven outputs to improve scalability and efficiency.
- Build reporting for leadership to connect marketing investment to business outcomes.
