Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, or growth roles within B2B or vertical SaaS.
- Proven ownership of pipeline, CAC, and revenue-driving outcomes.
- Experience managing and optimizing multi-million dollar marketing budgets with a focus on efficiency.
- Strong systems thinking skills to design end-to-end acquisition funnels.
- Deep understanding of experimentation frameworks, incrementality testing, and attribution models.
- Experience with modern martech stacks including Salesforce and Marketo.
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools, automation platforms, and prompt-based workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable investment strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Product Marketing teams.
- Strong creative judgment regarding message-market fit.
Responsibilities
- Design and continuously improve end-to-end growth systems from acquisition through revenue.
- Define budget allocation strategies, optimization goals, and performance constraints for AI-driven campaigns.
- Lead structured experimentation across creative, targeting, offers, and landing pages.
- Evaluate performance through a business lens focusing on pipeline quality, CAC, and revenue impact.
- Partner with RevOps and Marketing Operations to ensure accurate tracking and data integrity.
- Collaborate with Sales to optimize lead quality and feed insights back into marketing strategy.
- Guide creative strategy by identifying high-performing concepts and ensuring channel-message fit.
- Monitor AI-driven outputs to improve performance and scalability.
- Build reporting and narratives connecting marketing investments to business outcomes for leadership.
