Job Details

6–10+ years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, or growth roles within B2B or vertical SaaS.
Proven ownership of pipeline, CAC, and revenue-driving outcomes.
Experience managing and optimizing multi-million dollar marketing budgets with a focus on efficiency.
Strong systems thinking skills to design end-to-end acquisition funnels.
Deep understanding of experimentation frameworks, incrementality testing, and attribution models.
Experience with modern martech stacks including Salesforce and Marketo.
Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools, automation platforms, and prompt-based workflows.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable investment strategies.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Product Marketing teams.
Strong creative judgment regarding message-market fit.

Design and continuously improve end-to-end growth systems from acquisition through revenue.
Define budget allocation strategies, optimization goals, and performance constraints for AI-driven campaigns.
Lead structured experimentation across creative, targeting, offers, and landing pages.
Evaluate performance through a business lens focusing on pipeline quality, CAC, and revenue impact.
Partner with RevOps and Marketing Operations to ensure accurate tracking and data integrity.
Collaborate with Sales to optimize lead quality and feed insights back into marketing strategy.
Guide creative strategy by identifying high-performing concepts and ensuring channel-message fit.
Monitor AI-driven outputs to improve performance and scalability.
Build reporting and narratives connecting marketing investments to business outcomes for leadership.
