Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, digital marketing, account management, business development, or technology sales.
  • Proven success managing full sales cycles, closing new business, expanding existing accounts, and driving recurring revenue growth.
  • Experience selling software, payments, point-of-sale systems, marketing technology, or similar business technology solutions.
  • Strong consultative selling, discovery, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop trusted partnerships with customers and act as a strategic advisor.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce and maintaining accurate sales activity reporting.
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving abilities, and a track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned market, including occasional weekends or short-notice business needs.
  • Experience working with golf courses, hospitality businesses, or multi-location operators is a plus.
  • Familiarity with reservation systems, payment technology, or business management software is preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, adapt quickly, and operate independently.
  • College degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including account planning, prospecting, discovery, solution selling, negotiations, closing, and post-sale relationship development.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with golf course operators, prospects, and multi-location businesses by understanding their operational goals and challenges.
  • Grow an existing customer portfolio by identifying expansion opportunities, increasing product adoption, and supporting long-term retention.
  • Present tailored solutions that address business needs across operations, revenue optimization, customer engagement, and technology adoption.
  • Develop deep market knowledge by analyzing local business opportunities, competitive landscapes, industry trends, and key decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track pipeline activity, monitor revenue performance, and provide insights on market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders and internal teams to execute sales strategies and improve performance metrics.
  • Demonstrate technology value by connecting platform capabilities with operational improvements and revenue growth.
