  • 2+ years of experience in HR or an administrative field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of prior experience as a Recruiting Coordinator.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Proficiency with ATS software (Greenhouse a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fully distributed environment including managing time zones and remote meeting tools.
  • Exceptional intuition and natural problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects/priorities using tactical and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from the very first interaction.
  • Schedule onsite and virtual interviews by coordinating seamlessly with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
  • Build strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring teams through clear communication and timely follow-up.
  • Identify areas of improvement in processes and suggest ways to streamline recruiting workflows.
  • Maintain process documentation and best practices to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Represent SmithRx’s employment brand with professionalism and care.
  • Experiment with new tools, processes, and best practices to improve scheduling operations.
  • Collaborate with the TA Ops team to manage both long-term and ad-hoc strategic projects.
