- 2+ years of experience in HR or an administrative field.
- Minimum of 1 year of prior experience as a Recruiting Coordinator.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Proficiency with ATS software (Greenhouse a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fully distributed environment including managing time zones and remote meeting tools.
- Exceptional intuition and natural problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects/priorities using tactical and strategic thinking skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from the very first interaction.
- Schedule onsite and virtual interviews by coordinating seamlessly with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
- Build strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring teams through clear communication and timely follow-up.
- Identify areas of improvement in processes and suggest ways to streamline recruiting workflows.
- Maintain process documentation and best practices to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Represent SmithRx’s employment brand with professionalism and care.
- Experiment with new tools, processes, and best practices to improve scheduling operations.
- Collaborate with the TA Ops team to manage both long-term and ad-hoc strategic projects.
