  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 35% for meetings and outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Lead regional workforce development initiatives by identifying employer needs and aligning programs with partner priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, workforce partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain program launch documentation including timelines, checklists, and operational processes.
  • Coordinate regional projects involving multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery within scope.
  • Support employer partnership activities including workforce planning discussions, outreach, and presentations.
  • Provide career and education coaching to learners to identify goals and create development plans.
  • Manage program budgets, reporting, and grant-related compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate learner records, case notes, and enrollment data in internal systems.
  • Identify operational challenges and recommend process improvements to increase effectiveness.
