Job Details

Experience: 3–6 years

Requirements

3–6 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or Pre-Sales Engineer.
Industry background in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, enablement, or product design.
Deep, hands-on knowledge of CAD and PLM tools.
Proven experience building or contributing to technical enablement curriculum.
Strong aptitude for teaching and breaking down complex technical concepts.
Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across Product and Go-To-Market teams.
Willingness to travel for hands-on field engagement.

Responsibilities

Manage and deliver industry and mechanical-engineering training for all new hires.
Own discovery and demo certification rubrics, running assessments for Account Executives.
Build and maintain industry fluency curriculum and systematize technical onboarding content.
Run live technical coaching sessions and provide remediation practice.
Establish a certification renewal cycle and keep the curriculum updated following product releases.
Partner with PMM and Solutions Engineering to deliver product training and ensure team fluency.
