Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in technical writing with a proven track record of creating requirement documents, functional specifications, and user guides.
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance for complex web application platforms.
- Proven experience with test automation using Selenium.
- Ability to write scripts and perform API testing.
- Experience with GitLab and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience designing, developing, and executing test cases.
- Bachelor degree required; Master degree is a plus.
- English language proficiency (oral and written).
Responsibilities
- Work with technical leads, business analysts, and developers to document end-to-end traceability of business requirements in SharePoint.
- Produce and maintain functional specifications, UI designs, integration guides, API developer guides, and user manuals.
- Ensure documentation follows established branding and accessibility guidelines.
- Work within an agile team to ensure the quality of complex MEAN applications.
- Develop, modify, and execute functional test scripts and analyze bugs for systems in development.
- Collaborate with technical leads and developers to identify potential operational issues, assess risks, and resolve issues proactively.
