Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in test planning, strategies, and end-to-end testing processes within the last 10 years.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools within the last 10 years.
- Minimum 3 years of experience testing high-volume, scalable web applications using various SDLCs (waterfall, agile, iterative) within the last 10 years.
- Minimum 3 years of experience identifying and documenting test results and discrepancies within the last 10 years.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Assurance Lead on a large, complex IT project (defined as $20M+ project cost, 100+ internal users, 100,000+ external users) within the last 10 years.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in usability testing within the last 10 years.
- Working knowledge of various programming languages and development platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional certification.
- Ability to provide client/user end reference contact information for qualifying projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client staff and System Integrator teams to maintain product quality.
- Review System Integrator test plans, scenarios, cases, and scripts for design adherence.
- Develop and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance tests (UAT).
- Assist with defect triage, documentation, and resolution recommendations.
- Communicate critical testing issues and risks to client management.
- Provide testing expertise in usability, security, regression, role-based, and automation testing.
- Research, create, and execute test plans compliant with project metrics and best practices.
