Requirements

  • 3–6 years of enterprise AE experience with quota attainment in complex, multi-stakeholder sales.
  • Experience in frontline sales leadership, sales enablement, or coaching high-performing B2B sales teams.
  • Deep fluency in modern sales methodology and qualification frameworks such as MEDDPICC and the 3 Whys.
  • Strong coaching ability to diagnose underlying deal problems and provide 1:1 or group feedback.
  • Comfort and experience facilitating training sessions for groups of 20–50 representatives.
  • Analytical ability to build scorecards, track performance trends, and present findings.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and conversation-intelligence tools like Gong.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Willingness to spend a full quarter in the field selling to gain direct product and market experience.

Responsibilities

  • Run a weekly call-review cadence by recording and scoring calls to surface coaching priorities.
  • Operate deal rooms for enterprise opportunities to diagnose and coach AEs on deal progression.
  • Manage a continuous learning calendar with biweekly sessions on methodology and product updates.
  • Develop and maintain the sales mechanics playbook including discovery frameworks and objection guides.
  • Monitor AE performance trends and provide targeted coaching to address knowledge or process gaps.
  • Maintain active knowledge of live selling to ensure coaching credibility.
