Requirements

  • 5+ years of field, event, or demand generation marketing experience, specifically within B2B.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry is preferred.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing events that generate pipeline, from trade shows to executive dinners.
  • AI-fluent with experience using AI for content and segmentation tasks.
  • Experience running or closely supporting ABM programs and coordinating with sales.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation (HubSpot or similar).
  • Ability to pull and interpret performance data.
  • Pipeline mindset with a focus on revenue influence.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel across North America for events (30-50% during peak season).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the North America field marketing plan in collaboration with sales, channel, and corporate marketing teams.
  • Serve as the central owner of all regional events, including trade shows, security summits, and executive dinners.
  • Support the creation of promotional materials and ensure sales execution for events.
  • Partner with regional sales leaders and SDRs to align programs to territory priorities and target account lists.
  • Manage the North America field marketing budget and track spend against pipeline performance.
  • Measure and report on program performance, pipeline generation, and event ROI.
  • Coordinate with channel and alliance partners on co-marketing programs.
