Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in career, executive, workplace, or life coaching with a record of effective 1:1 support.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple learners and meet partner-level expectations.
- Experience providing support in areas like study strategies, time management, and concept reinforcement.
- Professional experience in financial services, sales, customer service, management, operations, project management, or data analytics.
- Ability to work 15–25 hours per week.
- Contract duration of 6 months with potential for extension.
- Strong organizational and responsiveness skills.
- Preferred: Professional experience in education such as classroom teaching or 1:1 tutoring.
- Preferred: Professional experience in banking or financial services.
- Preferred: Coaching certification (e.g., ICF, BCC, ICC).
Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 bi-weekly coaching sessions via Zoom focused on skill acquisition and professional development.
- Support learners with accountability, motivation, and confidence-building for working adults in frontline and supervisor roles.
- Provide real-time verbal feedback through roleplays and reflection activities.
- Offer scaffolded explanations of key concepts, provide practice opportunities, and adjust support based on learner needs.
- Help learners plan, prioritize, and apply new skills to real-world workplace scenarios.
- Document coaching notes and follow-up actions within 72 hours of sessions.
- Track learner progress and share trends/insights with the coaching team.
