Requirements

- At least 5 years managing accounts with $5M+ ARR.
- Deep industry expertise with credibility in industry-specific challenges and benchmarks.
- Demonstrated track record of growing ARR within named accounts over multi-year horizons.
- Executive presence and credibility at the C-suite level to influence complex buying decisions.
- Experience navigating enterprise transformations such as ERP consolidations, cloud migrations, M&A, or organizational restructuring.
- Fluent in business case construction, including ROI modeling, TCO analysis, and value benchmarking.
- Ability to manage long deal cycles and ambiguity across 12–24+ month expansion arcs.
- Proven ability to work in a team-selling model alongside engineering and professional services.
- Background in ERP, Supply Chain, Finance transformation, or AI-native enterprise platforms strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary executive point of contact across the C-suite—CEO, CFO, CSCO, COO, CIO.
- Develop and execute a structured expansion roadmap to compound ARR over time.
- Partner with CVP and Value Engineering teams to convert adoption milestones into renewal confidence.
- Position Celonis within the customer's AI strategy, connecting Process Intelligence to LLM and automation investments.
- Proactively mitigate commercial risk including sponsor departures, competitive displacement, and implementation fatigue.
- Codify account strategies, expansion motions, and transformation navigation approaches into reusable assets.
