Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in client partner, account director, strategic account management, or similar leadership roles.
  • Extensive background in marketing, media, or digital advertising.
  • Proven track record managing enterprise client relationships and delivering measurable results.
  • Strong executive communication skills with experience influencing decision-makers.
  • Expertise in cross-channel marketing strategies including Search, Social, Display, TV & Audio, Commerce/Retail Media, CRM, and Creative.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing platforms, measurement frameworks, and KPI development.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, Kantar/Vivvix, or Resonate.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders as the primary point of contact.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, expansion, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Develop integrated multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
