Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in client partner, account director, strategic account management, or similar leadership roles.
- Extensive background in marketing, media, or digital advertising.
- Proven track record managing enterprise client relationships and delivering measurable results.
- Strong executive communication skills with experience influencing decision-makers.
- Expertise in cross-channel marketing strategies including Search, Social, Display, TV & Audio, Commerce/Retail Media, CRM, and Creative.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing platforms, measurement frameworks, and KPI development.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, Kantar/Vivvix, or Resonate.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders as the primary point of contact.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, expansion, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop integrated multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead strategic conversations by translating complex data and industry insights into actionable plans.
- Utilize forecasting and scenario modeling to evaluate opportunities and optimize client investments.
- Analyze multi-source performance data to create compelling narratives and strategic recommendations.
- Monitor campaign outcomes, lead performance reviews, and refine strategies based on data insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, sales, technology, and product functions.
- Educate clients on strategic decisions, emerging digital trends, and industry best practices.
