- 5+ years of experience building and shipping scalable applications in Python
- Understanding of software design principles such as loose coupling and programming to interfaces
- Experience with test-driven approaches and observability
- Experience with backend libraries such as Asyncio, Aiohttp, Flask, or SQLAlchemy
- Experience with relational databases (Postgres)
- Experience working in an event-driven architecture and microservices
- Experience in the AWS ecosystem with cluster architecture and Kubernetes
- Experience participating in the architecture and design of new and existing products
- Experience with AI-assisted tools for process optimization
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on architectural decisions and design best practices
- Design and implement new features into the HealthJoy platform
- Collaborate with engineering and product team members to improve quality and velocity
- Create a scalable solution to serve our growing user base
- Enhance AI SaaS solution and scale highly distributed systems
