Requirements
- Over 5-6 years of commercial experience in backend development using .NET Framework and .NET 6+.
- B2 level proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Solid understanding of the SDLC, software design, and architecture principles.
- Expertise in writing unit and integration tests with integrated best practices.
- Expertise in API design principles (REST, RPC) and security considerations.
- Experience with relational databases, preferably MS SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Strong sense of ownership for end-to-end development from design to production support.
- Proactive attitude and growth mindset with a focus on self-development.
- Interest in AI-driven solutions and openness to developing expertise in this area.
Responsibilities
- Participate in all phases of the SDLC including requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing.
- Handle building, deployment, and operation of new product increments, defect resolution, and proof-of-concepts.
- Ensure high-quality solutions by maintaining acceptable test coverage aligned with the Definition of Done.
- Adhere to and drive modern software engineering practices through design reviews.
- Engage in mentorship and knowledge sharing within the team and the broader Engineering organization.
- Maintain a product-focused approach, striving to create value for users through end-to-end development.
