Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar senior engineering role.
- Deep hands-on expertise in C# and .NET (Core / .NET 6+).
- Commercial experience or a strong willingness to learn and work with Golang and Node.js.
- Experience designing and evolving high-load backend systems with strict latency and reliability requirements.
- Experience working with REST API and web services.
- Strong understanding of async/await, multithreading, thread safety, memory management, and performance optimization.
- Experience designing and operating microservice-based systems.
- Experience working with relational and non-relational databases.
- Understanding of transactions, isolation levels, locking, concurrency, indexing strategies, and performance tuning.
- Experience working with containerized environments including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated delivery.
- Understanding of scalability, load balancing, auto-scaling, and disaster recovery.
- Understanding of production observability including logging, metrics, monitoring, and tracing.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure enterprise-level software architectures across our .NET stack.
- Write, test, and debug complex code for high-load systems with strict latency and reliability requirements.
- Deliver clean code to production while balancing business speed with technical excellence.
- Identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks across CPU, memory, I/O, and database layers.
- Conduct code reviews to enforce strict quality, security, and industry best practices.
- Develop and enforce testing protocols to guarantee software reliability.
- Implement and monitor production observability frameworks, including logging, metrics, and distributed tracing.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to foster their technical growth.
- Collaborate with product management and delivery teams to align technical execution with business goals.
