5+ years of experience in software development
Proficiency in Python for business logic, service orchestration and data processing
Expertise in FastAPI for building high-performance REST APIs and integration endpoints
Skills in PostgreSQL for operational data storage, metadata management and workflow state tracking
Familiarity with Snowflake for enterprise data warehousing and analytical workloads
Understanding of data accuracy, reliability and transparency principles across platforms
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Knowledge of Dagster and Kestra for pipeline orchestration, scheduling and workflow automation
Familiarity with dbt for modeling, transforming and validating datasets
Background in React.js for building responsive user interfaces
Skills in AG Grid for data-intensive table interactions in monitoring and approval workflows

Enhance and modernize data ingestion pipelines to support scalable data processing
Develop and maintain high-performance REST APIs and backend services using Python and FastAPI
Enrich executive-level dashboards and reporting capabilities to support decision-making
Improve monitoring and audit workflows to ensure data accuracy, reliability and transparency
Maintain operational data storage, application metadata and audit logs within PostgreSQL
Support ingestion, financial calculations and historical reporting within Snowflake
Orchestrate business logic and service processing to strengthen platform reliability
Collaborate with the Infrastructure team to align technical solutions with fund operations
