Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Proficiency in Python for business logic, service orchestration and data processing
- Expertise in FastAPI for building high-performance REST APIs and integration endpoints
- Skills in PostgreSQL for operational data storage, metadata management and workflow state tracking
- Familiarity with Snowflake for enterprise data warehousing and analytical workloads
- Understanding of data accuracy, reliability and transparency principles across platforms
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Knowledge of Dagster and Kestra for pipeline orchestration, scheduling and workflow automation
- Familiarity with dbt for modeling, transforming and validating datasets
- Background in React.js for building responsive user interfaces
- Skills in AG Grid for data-intensive table interactions in monitoring and approval workflows
Responsibilities
- Enhance and modernize data ingestion pipelines to support scalable data processing
- Develop and maintain high-performance REST APIs and backend services using Python and FastAPI
- Enrich executive-level dashboards and reporting capabilities to support decision-making
- Improve monitoring and audit workflows to ensure data accuracy, reliability and transparency
- Maintain operational data storage, application metadata and audit logs within PostgreSQL
- Support ingestion, financial calculations and historical reporting within Snowflake
- Orchestrate business logic and service processing to strengthen platform reliability
- Collaborate with the Infrastructure team to align technical solutions with fund operations
