Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in product marketing (B2B or B2B2C).
- Deep fluency in the benefits market, including self-funded employers, benefits administration, and the broker/consultant buying process.
- Proven track record in category creation or major market repositioning.
- Demonstrable experience as an architect of positioning, including building and defending frameworks.
- Strong ability to drive alignment across Sales, Customer Success, and leadership without formal authority.
- Experience using AI tools to work faster, think better, and automate routine tasks.
- Clear, compelling, and concise communication skills suitable for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to translate complex product innovations into market-leading momentum.
- Bachelor's or graduate degree in marketing, healthcare, business, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the positioning framework and evolve it as market and product conditions change.
- Evaluate marketing, sales, and launch assets for narrative consistency and messaging alignment.
- Own end-to-end GTM strategy, positioning, and messaging for product launches.
- Monitor market trends and competitive positioning to maintain battlecards and conduct win/loss analysis.
- Develop deep expertise on buyers including benefits consultants, brokers, and HR/finance leaders.
- Collaborate with Product Management to deeply understand and position Benefits OS capabilities.
- Partner with Revenue Enablement to build training and key message frameworks for Sales and Customer Success.
- Analyze PMM outcomes including win rates, sales cycles, and messaging resonance to refine GTM activities.
