Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in implementation, customer success, project management, or a client-facing role.
- Experience in K-12 EdTech or education services is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously across different clients and timelines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable presenting to district leadership.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to build consistent processes across a varied client portfolio.
- Understanding of how K-12 districts operate.
- Proficiency in project management and product subject-matter expertise.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end implementation for a portfolio of districts, including platform onboarding, data ingestion, configuration of add-on modules, training, and change management.
- Lead kickoff calls and project alignment sessions with district stakeholders to establish ownership, timelines, and success criteria.
- Develop phased implementation plans tailored to district-purchased modules, grade levels, and state compliance requirements.
- Maintain implementation trackers using Gainsight and Salesforce to log project status, decisions, and milestones.
- Conduct recurring check-in calls with district champions and executive sponsors to ensure project alignment and progress.
- Identify and escalate risks to launch timelines to the Director of Implementations.
