Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance-related environments, including claims management, managed care, account management, or supervisory functions.
- Experience with payment integrity services or related healthcare cost containment solutions is preferred.
- Previous project management and implementation experience is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
- Additional training or certifications in insurance, managed care, healthcare administration, or related fields are advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage demanding situations and shifting priorities.
- Strong analytical, strategic problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating successfully within cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership and motivational capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other business technology platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage implementation projects from initial client presentations through successful program completion and transition.
- Develop and maintain detailed implementation plans, timelines, and resource requirements to ensure efficient execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between account management, operations, IT, and other internal stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Prepare and organize customer setup information across multiple systems and ensure all program requirements are accurately documented.
- Facilitate regular internal and external meetings, providing progress updates and ensuring alignment among all stakeholders.
- Identify, address, and resolve implementation challenges while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring timely project delivery.
- Prepare and distribute meeting documentation, status reports, and implementation updates.
- Oversee the transition of completed programs to permanent account management and operational teams for ongoing service support.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of program structures, service offerings, client expectations, and operational processes.
- Assign responsibilities to project participants and ensure accountability across implementation teams.
