- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Implementation Specialists and Business Analysts through hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
- Manage team capacity, project assignments, and resource allocation.
- Oversee multiple concurrent customer implementations from discovery through go-live.
- Monitor project health, utilization, delivery KPIs, and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the executive point of contact for strategic customer implementations.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to prioritize customer needs.
- Provide technical guidance on APIs, SQL, integrations, and data exchanges.
