Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, Communications/Public Speaking, or Project/Program Management.
- Demonstrated end-to-end program management capability including project planning and cross-functional coordination.
- Hands-on familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Bob).
- Experience with performance management tools (e.g., Culture Amp) is a plus.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate technical HR content into clear language.
- Experience executing cyclical HR programs such as performance reviews, compensation cycles, and engagement surveys.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with a detail-oriented approach.
- Low-ego, highly collaborative mindset.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Notion, Smartsheet) is preferred.
- Background in technology or hardware environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end coordination of cyclical and strategic People Team programs including talent reviews, merit cycles, and engagement surveys.
- Build and maintain project plan documentation, timelines, and tracking tools to ensure visibility and adherence to schedules.
- Identify process gaps and partner with HR analysts to implement scalable, automated solutions.
- Design and deliver clear, accessible communications to translate complex HR processes for employees.
- Manage new hire orientation, compliance training platforms, and learning and development vendor relationships.
- Plan and execute employee events with cross-functional partners.
- Serve as the point of contact for Community Resource Groups, providing operational support and guidance.
