Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in technical program management, delivering enterprise technology transformations.
- Proven experience leading full lifecycle SAP Concur deployments, migrations, or platform expansions.
- Strong understanding of Travel & Expense systems, Accounts Payable processes, financial operations, tax considerations, and audit requirements.
- Demonstrated experience managing M&A-related platform consolidation, system cutovers, and complex data migration initiatives.
- Experience overseeing technical integrations involving systems such as Workday, Oracle ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SSO platforms, and corporate card programs.
- Strong data governance skills, including experience with reconciliation, financial data mapping, approval structures, and enterprise reporting.
- Proven ability to manage external vendors and professional services teams against delivery commitments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively during US business hours while collaborating with geographically distributed teams.
- Experience in regulated industries such as insurance, banking, or financial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with enterprise finance ecosystems and large-scale compliance environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP Concur implementation, migration, and optimization initiatives, including Travel & Expense and Invoice platforms.
- Oversee technical integrations between expense platforms and connected enterprise systems, including HRIS, ERP, general ledger, identity management, and corporate card solutions.
- Drive platform consolidation and data migration activities following business transformation initiatives, ensuring accurate reconciliation of historical data, employee records, approval workflows, and financial structures.
- Manage complex program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery outcomes across technical and business teams.
- Partner with finance, accounting, tax, audit, compliance, and operational stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Manage relationships with external implementation partners and vendors, ensuring accountability for timelines, quality standards, and service commitments.
- Prepare executive-level reporting, risk assessments, and progress updates for leadership steering committees.
- Support enterprise change management initiatives, including communication strategies, training programs, and adoption activities.
- Act as a technical and strategic liaison between business teams, technology teams, and third-party providers.
