- Own end-to-end coordination of cyclical and strategic People Team programs including talent reviews, merit cycles, and engagement surveys.
- Build and maintain project plan documentation, timelines, and tracking tools to ensure visibility and adherence to schedules.
- Identify process gaps and partner with HR analysts to implement scalable, automated solutions.
- Design and deliver clear, accessible communications to translate complex HR processes for employees.
- Manage new hire orientation, compliance training platforms, and learning and development vendor relationships.
- Plan and execute employee events with cross-functional partners.
- Serve as the point of contact for Community Resource Groups, providing operational support and guidance.
