Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • At least 4 years in a frontline sales leadership role managing Account Executives.
  • Documented track record of personally closing six- and seven-figure ACV deals.
  • Direct experience selling into financial institutions, fintechs, payment processors, or lenders.
  • Familiarity with KYB, KYC, IDV, AML, fraud, underwriting, or onboarding tooling.
  • Experience in a player/coach capacity managing deals while developing team members.
  • Operating fluency in modern sales stacks such as HubSpot, Outreach/Salesloft, Gong/Chorus, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Mastery of structured enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or Challenger.
  • Strong commercial instincts regarding pricing, packaging, and procurement negotiation.
  • Executive-level communication skills for interactions with C-suite and board members.

Responsibilities

  • Personally hunt, own, and close a named list of strategic enterprise accounts including banks, credit unions, and fintechs.
  • Carry a direct individual quota in addition to team performance goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from discovery and scoping to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Drive pipeline through proactive outbound efforts, networking, and partner channels.
  • Hire, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of Enterprise AEs and SDRs.
  • Conduct weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and call coaching to provide actionable feedback.
  • Maintain forecasting accuracy and present performance updates to the executive team and board.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align on ABM, roadmap signals, and handoff processes.
