- 8+ years managing high-growth performance marketing portfolios.
- 3+ years managing and scaling YouTube, Meta, TikTok, or video-first portfolios with $20M+/year budgets.
- Proven experience scaling performance video in lead gen niches like insurance, finance, or health.
- Hands-on platform execution expertise in campaign architecture, bidding, and testing design.
- Proficiency in BI tools and advanced Excel/Sheets for performance modeling.
- Strong understanding of video creative metrics and funnel-stage alignment.
- Ability to use AI tools for rapid creative testing.
- Proven experience owning P&L and hitting aggressive growth targets.
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level reporting.
- Strong cross-functional leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Own spend, pacing, reporting, and profitability for Insurance YouTube campaigns.
- Manage campaign architecture, audience strategy, bidding, and conversion events directly within Google Ads.
- Scale performance across multiple insurance and financial services verticals.
- Build campaigns that drive both high-quality leads and inbound calls.
- Define creative strategy including messaging angles, hooks, and offer positioning using AI tools.
- Communicate performance insights and decisions to executive stakeholders.
- Develop repeatable operating systems and playbooks for video buying and creative testing.
