Requirements
- 4+ years in Strategy & Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Management Consulting, or Product Strategy.
- Advanced proficiency in data manipulation (e.g., Google Sheets/Excel) for navigating large datasets and building executive narratives.
- Ability to interpret basic SQL or leverage AI development tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Codex) to prompt and generate queries.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives.
- Experience partnering with senior leadership to solve complex business problems.
- Demonstrated ability to translate executive strategy into scalable operating models or business processes.
- Excellent program management and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences.
- Strong commercial judgment regarding organizational design and seller behavior.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted thought partner to Sales Leadership, advising on high-priority commercial opportunities.
- Apply data-driven insights and first-principles thinking to evaluate complex business questions.
- Design and evolve operating models, governance, and execution frameworks that bridge strategy and execution.
- Build alignment across Sales, Revenue Strategy & Operations, Enablement, Product, and Finance teams.
- Establish success metrics and performance frameworks to measure business impact and seller effectiveness.
- Refine operating models through data, experimentation, and stakeholder feedback to drive adoption.
