Requirements

4+ years in Strategy & Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Management Consulting, or Product Strategy.
Advanced proficiency in data manipulation (e.g., Google Sheets/Excel) for navigating large datasets and building executive narratives.
Ability to interpret basic SQL or leverage AI development tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Codex) to prompt and generate queries.
Proven track record of leading high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives.
Experience partnering with senior leadership to solve complex business problems.
Demonstrated ability to translate executive strategy into scalable operating models or business processes.
Excellent program management and stakeholder management skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences.
Strong commercial judgment regarding organizational design and seller behavior.
Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted thought partner to Sales Leadership, advising on high-priority commercial opportunities.
Apply data-driven insights and first-principles thinking to evaluate complex business questions.
Design and evolve operating models, governance, and execution frameworks that bridge strategy and execution.
Build alignment across Sales, Revenue Strategy & Operations, Enablement, Product, and Finance teams.
Establish success metrics and performance frameworks to measure business impact and seller effectiveness.
Refine operating models through data, experimentation, and stakeholder feedback to drive adoption.
