Requirements
- 4+ years experience in Strategy & Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Management Consulting.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Advanced proficiency in data manipulation using Google Sheets or Excel.
- Ability to navigate large datasets to build executive-level data narratives.
- Experience interpreting basic SQL or using AI development tools to generate queries.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.
- Experience partnering with and influencing senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to design scalable operating models and organizational frameworks.
- Excellent program and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales Leadership on high-priority commercial challenges.
- Design and implement scalable operating models, governance, and execution frameworks.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Revenue Ops, Enablement, Product, and Finance.
- Establish performance metrics and measurement frameworks to track seller effectiveness.
- Partner with leadership to drive the adoption of new workflows and operating systems.
- Synthesize complex business data into actionable strategic recommendations for executives.
