  • 8+ years of experience managing high-growth performance marketing portfolios.
  • 3+ years managing and scaling YouTube, Meta, or TikTok portfolios with $20M+/year budgets.
  • Proven experience scaling performance video in lead gen niches like insurance or financial services.
  • Hands-on expertise building campaigns directly within advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills using BI tools like Looker/Google Analytics and advanced Excel/Sheets.
  • Deep understanding of video creative performance factors like hooks, offer positioning, and funnel alignment.
  • Proficiency in AI and self-serve creative tools such as CapCut, MidJourney, or Gemini.
  • Demonstrated P&L ownership and ability to build scalable operating playbooks.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-level updates.

Responsibilities

  • Own P&L, spend, pacing, and profitability for insurance performance video campaigns.
  • Execute in-platform campaign management for Google Ads, including architecture, bidding, and targeting.
  • Scale performance across multiple insurance and financial services verticals.
  • Drive lead and call generation while optimizing for call quality and conversion rates.
  • Own creative strategy through a performance lens, using AI tools for rapid testing.
  • Communicate performance insights and strategic decisions to stakeholders and executives.
  • Develop and document repeatable operating systems and playbooks for channel growth.
