Job Details

8+ years of experience managing high-growth performance marketing portfolios.
3+ years of experience managing and scaling YouTube, Meta, or TikTok video-first portfolios with budgets of $20M+/year.
Proven success scaling performance video in a lead gen niche like insurance, finance, or health.
Hands-on expertise building campaigns directly in platforms including Google Ads.
Strong grasp of monetization, advertiser quality metrics, and affiliate ecosystem dynamics.
Proficiency in BI tools and advanced Excel/Sheets for performance modeling.
Experience using AI and self-serve tools (e.g., MidJourney, Claude, CapCut) for creative testing.
Ability to build and manage P&L with aggressive growth and profitability targets.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-level updates.
Strong cross-functional partnership skills across analytics, product, and leadership teams.

Own P&L, spend, pacing, reporting, operations, and profitability for Insurance YouTube campaigns.
Execute in-platform campaign architecture, audience strategy, bidding, and testing frameworks within Google Ads.
Scale across insurance and financial services verticals by tailoring strategies to specific customer journeys.
Drive lead and call generation while optimizing for quality and monetization metrics.
Own performance-focused creative strategy, partnering with creative teams and using AI tools to iterate rapidly.
Communicate performance, insights, and strategic decisions clearly to stakeholders and executives.
Develop and document repeatable operating systems for video buying and scaling.
