Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital growth, paid media, PPC, or performance marketing roles.
  • Proven experience managing paid campaigns for consumer-focused brands, ideally within hospitality or similar industries.
  • Strong understanding of paid search, paid social, digital strategy, and customer acquisition channels.
  • Demonstrated expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and keyword research tools.
  • Experience targeting and converting US-based audiences through paid digital campaigns.
  • Proven ability to improve ROI, increase website traffic, and drive measurable revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Experience managing client relationships, presenting insights, and communicating recommendations clearly.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and manage campaigns in a remote environment.
  • Experience leading teams or collaborating with senior stakeholders is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage data-driven paid media strategies across platforms including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Conduct detailed campaign audits to identify performance gaps, optimization opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Build and optimize campaign structures, targeting strategies, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation.
  • Research and define keyword strategies using tools such as SEMrush, SpyFu, and Google Keyword Planner.
  • Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain accurate tracking systems across advertising and analytics platforms.
  • Analyze customer behavior, audience insights, and campaign data to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Manage advertising budgets, adjust bids, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and traffic quality.
  • Write, test, and refine engaging ad copy designed to improve conversion performance.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain strong results.
  • Create performance reports and present insights clearly during client meetings and strategy sessions.
  • Build trusted client relationships by leading discussions, sharing recommendations, and managing expectations.
  • Conduct testing across landing pages, website experiences, and campaign elements to continuously improve results.
