Requirements
- 8+ years of experience managing high-growth performance marketing portfolios.
- 3+ years managing and scaling YouTube, Meta, TikTok, or similar video-first portfolios with annual budgets of $20M+.
- Proven track record in affiliate, call-based, insurance, or financial services lead generation.
- Hands-on platform execution expertise (campaign architecture, bidding, audience strategy).
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Looker or Google Analytics and advanced Excel/Sheets skills.
- Strong understanding of video creative strategy, including hooks, audience intent, and funnel-stage alignment.
- Ability to utilize AI and self-serve creative tools for rapid content iteration.
- Demonstrated P&L ownership with experience hitting aggressive growth and profitability targets.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional alignment.
- Experience working in regulated marketing environments (insurance, healthcare, finance) is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end P&L, pacing, reporting, and profitability for performance video campaigns.
- Execute in-platform strategy directly in Google Ads, including bidding, targeting, and conversion setup.
- Scale campaigns across multiple insurance and financial services verticals.
- Develop and execute creative strategies aligned with funnel stages, utilizing AI tools for rapid testing.
- Build repeatable operating systems and playbooks for channel growth and team expansion.
- Communicate performance insights and strategic decisions to executive stakeholders.
