Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in an agency setting managing 5-7 client accounts.
  • Proven experience with technical projects including integrations, APIs, and CRMs.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or Pardot.
  • Demonstrated experience across sales, marketing, and service workflows.
  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects, including capacity planning and resource allocation.
  • Experience delegating work to designers, developers, or other team members.
  • Experience managing project or retainer budgets and tracking spend against scope.
  • Understanding of Google, Facebook, and other advertising platforms.
  • Currently reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular meetings and updates.
  • Serve as an expert and advocate for clients' HubSpot instances.
  • Manage project timelines, calendars, and goals using Wrike.
  • Plan team capacity and allocate resources across active client work.
  • Delegate tasks to designers, developers, and technical marketers while ensuring accountability.
  • Track project and retainer budgets against scope to manage hours and spend.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and manage collaboration with vendors or agency partners.
