Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in an agency setting managing 5-7 client accounts.
- Proven experience with technical projects including integrations, APIs, and CRMs.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or Pardot.
- Demonstrated experience across sales, marketing, and service workflows.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects, including capacity planning and resource allocation.
- Experience delegating work to designers, developers, or other team members.
- Experience managing project or retainer budgets and tracking spend against scope.
- Understanding of Google, Facebook, and other advertising platforms.
- Currently reside in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular meetings and updates.
- Serve as an expert and advocate for clients' HubSpot instances.
- Manage project timelines, calendars, and goals using Wrike.
- Plan team capacity and allocate resources across active client work.
- Delegate tasks to designers, developers, and technical marketers while ensuring accountability.
- Track project and retainer budgets against scope to manage hours and spend.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and manage collaboration with vendors or agency partners.
