Requirements
- 3+ years of professional services and/or project or program management experience
- 3+ years overseeing technical delivery or consulting projects, ideally in data or analytics
- 3+ years of client account management experience
- Demonstrated proficiency across Hybrid, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies
- Working knowledge of the modern data ecosystem (Snowflake, Databricks, GCP/BigQuery)
- Experience managing data migration and platform modernization engagements
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning project delivery
- Experience supporting data analytics engagements end to end (discovery, requirements gathering, KPI definition)
- Experience in dashboard development tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- CAPM or PMP certified preferred; CSM or SAFe a plus
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client-facing lead for project planning, delivery, risk management, and communication
- Manage a diverse set of projects extending across multiple disciplines including data analytics, data engineering, and decision sciences
- Own project governance, including status reporting, issue/risk escalation, and stakeholder engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders ranging from data owners to C-level executives
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with client stakeholders and technical teams
