Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, or related field strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience with real estate construction, capital projects, or renovations preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with contractors, consultants, and business partners.
  • Ability to conduct site visits and evaluate project progress and operational risks.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently between project sites.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily project activities across 3–5 construction and renovation projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinate project meetings with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders to review progress.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction quality, safety, and contractor performance.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and potential delays.
  • Maintain project schedules, trackers, and status reports to ensure delivery within budget and scope.
  • Organize stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment between internal and external partners.
  • Manage project close-out documentation and maintain accurate project records.
