Requirements
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, or related field strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience with real estate construction, capital projects, or renovations preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with contractors, consultants, and business partners.
- Ability to conduct site visits and evaluate project progress and operational risks.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently between project sites.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily project activities across 3–5 construction and renovation projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate project meetings with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders to review progress.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction quality, safety, and contractor performance.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and potential delays.
- Maintain project schedules, trackers, and status reports to ensure delivery within budget and scope.
- Organize stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment between internal and external partners.
- Manage project close-out documentation and maintain accurate project records.
