Requirements
- Degree, HND, or equivalent in engineering, science, project management, or a related discipline.
- Project management qualification or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- At least 1 year of experience with utility-scale wind, solar, and/or battery storage projects.
- Experience in renewable engineering environments, project delivery, or asset management.
- Understanding of project financial management and contract management.
- Experience with engineering documentation and technical reviews.
- Familiarity with health and safety systems, quality standards, and environmental regulations.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Experience with operational technology, SCADA, or civil/electrical/mechanical activities (preferred).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity considerations for renewable energy (advantageous).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding of new renewable energy assets across technical, operational, and financial teams.
- Manage additional service projects from identification through delivery to ensure quality and compliance.
- Supervise contractors and monitor deliverables for wind, solar, and battery storage projects.
- Develop and improve risk, compliance, and operational processes to support efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering, commercial, and cybersecurity teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Coordinate cybersecurity assessments of operational assets with internal and external teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization initiatives for operational services.
- Maintain high health, safety, quality, and environmental standards across all activities.
- Manage project documentation, budgets, and technical reviews.
