Requirements
- 8–10 years of project management experience, preferably within a professional services or consulting environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience managing projects as a billable consultant in customer-facing environments.
- Experience managing technology implementations, including Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, resource planning, risk management, and delivery processes.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Experience working with virtual teams across multiple locations and time zones.
- Strong proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and Teams.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and business applications.
- Excellent communication, organization, time management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong relationship-building abilities with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS), or learning technology integrations is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria while collaborating with internal teams and customer stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource alignment strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver project outcomes and ensure all tasks and dependencies are effectively managed.
- Oversee platform implementations, integrations, and professional services engagements to support successful customer adoption.
- Monitor project progress, track deliverables, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain quality and business priorities.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedules, and costs using structured project management practices.
- Communicate project status, updates, challenges, and outcomes clearly to customers, internal teams, and leadership.
- Establish strong client relationships by providing proactive guidance, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Support portfolio-level project oversight by reviewing performance, results, and continuous improvement opportunities.
