Requirements

  • 8–10 years of project management experience, preferably within a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience managing projects as a billable consultant in customer-facing environments.
  • Experience managing technology implementations, including Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, resource planning, risk management, and delivery processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working with virtual teams across multiple locations and time zones.
  • Strong proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and Teams.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and business applications.
  • Excellent communication, organization, time management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong relationship-building abilities with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS), or learning technology integrations is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria while collaborating with internal teams and customer stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource alignment strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver project outcomes and ensure all tasks and dependencies are effectively managed.
  • Oversee platform implementations, integrations, and professional services engagements to support successful customer adoption.
  • Monitor project progress, track deliverables, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain quality and business priorities.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedules, and costs using structured project management practices.
  • Communicate project status, updates, challenges, and outcomes clearly to customers, internal teams, and leadership.
  • Establish strong client relationships by providing proactive guidance, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Support portfolio-level project oversight by reviewing performance, results, and continuous improvement opportunities.
