Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- 10+ years of professional experience.
- 5–6 years of project management experience in a commercial environment focused on hardware development (AI, datacenter, or telecom).
- Professional project management certification (PMP, CSM, MPM, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of Stage-Gate processes for technology development.
- Hands-on exposure to manufacturing processes (e.g., molding, stamping, plating, or high-speed cable assembly).
- Proven success leading complex technology, process, and research-driven projects, including technology transfer.
- Experience leading multicultural teams and mentoring or supervising project managers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar tools.
- Demonstrated ability to develop roadmap and portfolio management plans.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and communicate integrated advanced technology and manufacturing process roadmaps.
- Manage project schedules, resource plans, budgets, risks, and progress reporting.
- Facilitate advanced technology governance forums and decision-making reviews.
- Contribute to the deployment of new project management tools and best practices.
- Lead external technical partnerships and drive technology insertion into product development.
- Support the administration of the quarterly technology awards program.
